1.1 General Overview

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 999bd platform and all services under it. 999bd is an online entertainment platform that offers casino games, sports betting, and related services. These Terms have been prepared in both English and Bengali; in case of any dispute, the Bengali text takes precedence.

When you browse the 999bd website, create an account, or use any service, you automatically agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

1.2 Age Restriction

All services on 999bd are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If any account holder provides a false age, the account may be closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

1.3 Changes to the Terms

2.1 Account Creation Requirements

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts may be closed and deposited funds forfeited. All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, email, and payment details — must be accurate and up to date.

• An active mobile number is required for registration.
• The email address must be valid and functional.
• Keeping the password confidential is the account holder's responsibility.
• Creating an account under someone else's identity or with false information is prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, 999bd reserves the right to verify an account holder's identity at any time. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested for this purpose. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be suspended temporarily or permanently.

2.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Sharing login details with anyone is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact 999bd support immediately. 999bd will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a fault in our own systems.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on 999bd for all payment methods is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Deposits are accepted only from the registered payment method.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Once a deposit amount is verified, it will be added to the account.
• If there is a delay due to a technical issue, contact support.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the method used for deposit (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer).

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawing.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met (see Section 4 for details).
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in the case of suspicious transactions.
• For bank transfer withdrawals, ensure your bank details are correct.

3.3 Account Funds and Liability

Funds held in an account are for gaming activities only. 999bd does not pay any interest or profit. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 consecutive months); you will be notified in advance by email in such cases.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

• The bonus can be received only once and is non-transferable.
• The wagering requirement must be met to cash out bonus funds.
• 999bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

4.2 VIP Cashback Programme

The 999bd VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier, based on net losses (total losses minus total winnings).

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Example: A Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Placing artificial bets to take advantage of bonuses, using multiple accounts, or using any other dishonest method will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and related winnings.

5.1 Validity of a Bet

A bet is considered final when a confirmation message is received from the system. If a confirmation is not received due to a network issue, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned. A bet that has already been confirmed cannot be cancelled.

5.2 Erroneous Odds and Technical Issues

999bd reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (for example, odds that are abnormally higher than the market price). If a technical error, server problem, or third-party data feed disruption occurs, the affected bets may be reviewed. In such cases, 999bd's decision is final.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Arbitrage betting or odds manipulation
• Use of bots or automated software
• Betting using insider information
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Match fixing or any other corrupt sporting activity

6.1 Game Rules

All games — including slots, live casino, Teen Patti, baccarat, and roulette — have their own rules, which can be found within the game itself. 6.2 Game Interruptions

If your internet connection is lost or a system error occurs during a game, the result will be determined according to the data stored on the server. Once the connection is restored, the game state will return to where it was. If a game cannot be recovered for any reason, the stake will be refunded.

9.2 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
